To help you make sustainable changes and enjoy the journey!

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body, especially as you age. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a personalized exercise program that fits your needs and guide you every step of the way.  Together we will work on a sustainable way to exercise and eat without cutting out your favorite foods or doing exercise that leaves you feeling beat up.  This is a lifelong adventure; let's enjoy the journey!

I am a college volleyball athlete needing to be in shape to perform my best on the court.  It takes hard work and dedication which I haven't always adhered to at college.  I enjoyed working out but never considered what I was eating was keeping me from my goals.  I came home for quarantine and noticed my clothes were tight so I began to take advantage of my mom's strength training program and slightly changed my eating habits to smaller portions; this picture is the progress I've made over the past 8 months!
