Thanks for visiting my page! I’m a 50-something mom of 4, grandma, previous social worker and former college athlete who loves all aspects of the fitness industry. My passion is to learn everything possible about strength training and nutrition; not only for myself, but to help others navigate their way to healthier living as well. For years I tried to find the quick fix that would help me lose weight and gain defined muscles; instead, through the accountability of my own coach, I realized consistency in the gym and sensible eating are the best way to see results. I now combine my professional experience with my passion for fitness to help others do the same, and I’d love to help you as well!
